Cool

So we've got a few people for this thing, it should be interesting. I'm still waiting for the darn movie to come in the mail though! It should be here soon though, fingers crossed!
Do you guys have any suggestions to how we could make it better? At first I thought a live chat would be awesome, but that would be hard to organize I think. Especially since I'm in quite a different time zone than most of you.

Okay, I have a question for you guys. Whats the absolute worst cartoon you've ever seen?
I was thinking of this one today that I haven't seen for a long time. I don't think it was on very long, but it had horribly designed characters and a putrid color scheme. All I remember was that it was about these two brothers, one was blue and was a wuss and the other was green and was a jerk. I think that was pretty much the whole plot too. Maybe it's a good thing I can't remember most of this thing...
And I've always thought the Wild Thornberry's had awful character designs. Plus it started a wave of Nickelodeon cartoons that all kind of looked the same. Uck, the things I had to sit through to catch an episode of Invader Zim or My Life as a Teenage Robot...

The ABSOLUTE worst? On TV:

Family Guy.

Independent/random:

Too many, but "Spongebob Square Pants in China" is REALLY high up there.

For me, it's a definite toss-up between 12 Oz. Mouse and Squidbillies (both on Adult Swim).

There are also a lot of CG tests I've seen on Cartoon Brew, such as this.

Wow, that Bible "Cartoon" was just...wow.
Are you sure that was a test and not the actual finished product?
And yeah, I've tried to watch Squidbillies, I couldn't get through one episode. Same thing for that one about the talking ass thats a cop. They're not funny they're just...irritating, which I guess some people find funny.
I actually liked Family Guy in it's first couple of seasons. After it came back from cancellation, it wasn't the same. Plus it's the cartoon all the annoying douchebags I know like. Thats not a reason to dislike something, but it doesn't help.

Oh, and that cartoon you're trying to think of sounds kinda like "The Cramp Twins".

Oh shit, thats what it was! I've been trying to remember the title all day!
I wonder if it's as horrible as I remember it...

I hesitate to say Family Guy is the worst I've seen, but it's deffinetely the show I dislike the most, when I was younger I thought it was funny, but the more popular it gets the more the jokes wear themselves out, and the more I see the bland characters the less I can stomach it. It simply bores me and annoys me when people talk about it.

I actually watched a lot of 12 oz mouse and got kind of into it. The drawings and animation were all terrible and I would usually just turn it off when I saw it on TV, but when they had the entire series online I decided to give it another chance. The story is almost dadaist but has this subtle foreboding apocalyptic plot with mouse as the anti-hero. I stopped watching when I decided to buy the DVD which I haven't watched because it's a 4 hour movie not broken into separate episodes. I also don't know if I could ignore all the terrible drawings again.

I did see a episode of Valley of the Dinosaurs the other day, that was pretty awful.

I wish the Cramp Twins never existed I just google image searched to find out what that was and found toon-porn of the Cramp Twins, they had a bunch of pictures of that ugly blue child with a homely mature bright green lady.. cannot unsee.

That bible cartoon is awful too, it's a toss up between that and Freaky Flickers, I feel kind of bad that he had all his stuff stolen, but like Jerry said, good riddance to bad rubbish.
